Terms of Service

Effective March 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using PA (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Kenobi (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What PA provides

PA is a meeting preparation assistant that generates briefings by reading your Google Calendar, searching your Slack workspace, and optionally querying your CRM. Briefings are delivered as Slack direct messages.

3. Accounts & access

  • You must have a Kenobi account to use PA.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts (Slack, Google, CRM).
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse or violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use PA to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Overload the Service with automated or excessive requests.
  • Share your OAuth tokens or allow unauthorized third parties to access the Service through your account.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of PA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your data only to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

6. AI-generated content

Briefings are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and may contain inaccuracies. PA is a preparation tool — you should verify critical information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated briefings.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep PA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenobi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PA. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of PA after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the PA Slack bot or email.
